Numerical investigation of nanofluid mixed convection in a T-shaped cavity by considering a thermal barrier

In this study, the numerical investigation of Al 2 O 3 -Water nanofluid mixed convection in a T-shaped lid-driven cavity presence thermal barrier with positioning at different positions is investigated by two-phase mixture model. Variable parameters study are aspect ratio (AR), volume fraction nanoparticles ( ? ), Richardson numbers (Ri), and placements cavity. The results indicated that increase number leads to an local average Nusselt N u ave ) heat transfer. Increasing also increases transfer while increasing decreases Regarding geometrical position barrier, show near lid has highest number. Numerical considering originality work.
